We are all about adventure here at the Penthouse.
Tonight we participated in a new baking adventure.
Making single serving cakes in mugs...........in the microwave.
Totally fun and very simple!
All we had to do was mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, egg, milk, and oil in our mugs.
At this point it was pretty much looking like chocolate pudding.
Pop it in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes.
Wha-La!
Cake in a cup!!
Frost, sprinkle and Eat.
As fun and cute as this is, I have to warn you that I didn't think they tasted very delish.
The best cake it was not. We may have over zapped them. Or they were just unnaturally dense.
Generally speaking they were not amazing tasting cake.
